Endocrine glands which secrete chemical messengers into the blood or body fluid to regulate the internal balance of body-homeostasis, growth, reproduction and psychological or behavioral activities in metabolism. The insight of the endocrine glands and their hormones aid the endocrinologist to diagnose and discover new treatment and drugs for endocrine diseases.
